Yoga styles

Yoga is as diverse as the people who practice it. Whether dynamic and powerful, meditative and flowing, or calm and restorative – each style nurtures different aspects of body, mind, and soul. Explore the different paths of yoga and find the practice that grounds, strengthens, and supports you in your everyday life.

Since the variety of different yoga styles would overwhelm my website, I’ve listed here only the yoga styles I offer just for you :)

for inner Balance

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga unites the energies of Ha (sun) and Tha (moon) – symbols of activity and rest, strength and gentleness. Through the conscious alternation of tension and relaxation, an inner harmony arises that brings body, mind, and soul into balance. Hatha Yoga invites us to recognize the opposites within ourselves – and to lead them into harmony.

for peaceful flow

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is meditation in motion. Breath and movement merge into a flowing rhythm that brings body and mind into harmony. Each posture arises from the one before, like a wave returning to the sea. This creates a meditative flow that fosters presence, strength, and inner clarity.

for slowing down

Yin Yoga

In long, quiet postures, the body and mind are invited to let go, to soften, and to open. Without effort – through patience and surrender – space unfolds: in the body, the breath, and the thoughts. Yin Yoga encourages us to embrace stillness, allow depth, and meet ourselves on a deeper level.

for rejuvenation

Restorative Yoga

Supported by props like bolsters and blankets, the body is gently placed in comfortable postures that require no effort – often held for up to 20 minutes. During this time, the nervous system can unwind, the breath softens, and a profound sense of relaxation begins to unfold. Restorative Yoga creates a safe space for healing, rejuvenation, and inner balance. Inviting us to simply be – gently, nurturingly, and profoundly restful.
