Holistic Offerings from the Heart

1. Scope

These sacred agreements apply to all offerings shared under the name Padmavati (Empress) – from Yoga, to guided meditation, Reiki, Tarot and spiritual coaching. Every exchange is infused with presence, love, and a deep intention to serve the soul of the person who feels called to receive.

2. Booking & Payment

By reaching out, each person confirms that all shared information is truthful and accurate.

Sessions are arranged individually through forms, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or email. After an appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an invoice with all necessary details via email.
Your session is only fully confirmed once the energetic exchange - in the form of monetary payment has been received in full. Until then, the time is not reserved. An exception applies to open-ended sessions where the exact duration cannot be defined in advance (e.g. tarot readings); in these cases, additional time will be invoiced afterward if needed.

You are welcome to book single sessions or arrange a regular rhythm for recurring sessions (weekly, monthly, etc.). In that case, monthly bundles and payment plans are possible upon request.

Energy exchange payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal to the account provided by Empress.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

You may either reschedule free of charge or request a full refund if you cancel before 24 hours of your session. Should your payment come from abroad or via interbank transfer, any additional transaction or processing fees that occur will be added respectfully to the total amount.

If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the agreed energy exchange will be retained to honour the time, preparation, and sacred space that has already been created for you. Any transfer or transaction fees that apply in this context will also be included.

If a session is missed without prior notice, the full amount of the booked service will be lovingly retained as the time and energy have been fully devoted to holding space for you.

4. Services in Detail

Yoga

Private yoga sessions are offered online via Zoom or in person

(1:1 sessions, home visits, or outdoor classes).
Home visits are lovingly offered within a 30 km radius; a travel energy exchange will be added.

In addition to 1:1 sessions, I also offer online group classes starting from 5 participants.
All online participants will receive a unique Zoom link before class.
Please create a soft, quiet space where you feel safe to breathe and move freely.

Yoga mats, cushions, blocks, and any other props are required and must be provided by the participant – though cozy and creative household alternatives are always welcome.

Each new client receives a free 15-minute initial consultation online to align with personal needs.

Session durations:

Vinyasa: ~ 60 min
Restorative & Hatha: ~ 90 min
Yin Yoga: ~ 60 min (only on request)

The time spent practicing, which significantly exceeds this duration, will be billed as an energy exchange for my time and for holding the space for you.

Meditation

Offered as

As soon as an audio meditation is purchased, it becomes available for download – as soon as possible, with love per e-mail.

Reiki

Reiki sessions are available in Person, as home visits or distance healing, for both humans and animals.
For home sessions, please ensure a peaceful space with enough room to rest and relax.

Get-To-Know Reiki: approx. 30 minutes in Person for the first energetic introduction.
In-Person Reiki: available in 45, 60, or 90-minute sessions.
Distance Reiki: available in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions.
Reiki session packages are available and described on the respective service page.
Home visits are available within 30 km with a €0.55/km travel fee.

Reiki flows beyond space and time – always where it is needed.
For distance sessions, we can agree on a time, though it’s not mandatory. For this individual coordination, an energetic exchange of €4,44 is requested – as a loving gesture of appreciation for allowing me to attune to your schedule with flexibility and care.

Both single sessions and multi-session packages are available.
Clients who purchase a package receive a digital "session card" to track their treatments.

If the Reiki session exceeds the booked time, the extra time will lovingly be invoiced afterward.

Tarot

Held via Zoom in a sacred, heart-led space. To receive the most aligned guidance, your video and audio must be active, and your face softly visible. The initial duration is paid in advance. If the Tarot reading session exceeds the booked time, the extra time will be invoiced afterward.

Sessions can be short (~10 min) or deep and extended (each additional 30 min).
The maximum duration of a single reading is 1.5 hours.
After that, it is encouraged to let the guidance settle and, if needed, to book a follow-up session (such as coaching, Reiki, or another tarot reading).
Frequent readings may be booked as a bundle and are tracked with a session card to follow the journey and insights over time.

For those who prefer not to be seen, I offer PDF tarot readings.

Once the concern is shared (photos and background information are optional), I connect to your energy, lay the cards, and intuitively channel your message into a written PDF.
The approximate delivery timeframe will be communicated at the time of booking.

Coaching & Spiritual Guidance

1:1 sessions are held online via Zoom or in Person, in a compassionate, sacred space.

I support the person in exploring their heart, finding clarity, cultivating softness, and stepping out of limiting systems.

I intentionally do not offer coaching bundles or packages.
It is important to me that each person feels the value of every single step.
Each session is booked individually – from a place of free will and personal rhythm.
This allows you to decide if and when you wish to continue the journey.

5. Minimum Age

By initiating contact, the person confirms they are at least 18 years old.

6. Health Disclaimer

All services offered are for energetic support and personal growth.
They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
If you are experiencing physical or mental health challenges, please consult

a licensed healthcare provider.

7. Welcome Discount

As a token of gratitude for your trust and openness, you’ll receive a 15% welcome discount on your first booked single session – whether it's Yoga, Reiki, Tarot, Meditation or a coaching session.
The discount is valid once per person and cannot be combined with other offers.

8. Privacy

Your data and all personal information shared with me is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
I conduct sessions via Zoom. Please note that communication via Zoom, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, etc. is subject to their respective privacy policies and uses encrypted channels.

9. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content (texts, meditations, readings, audio files, visuals, etc.) created and shared by Empress is protected under copyright law.

Nothing may be used, copied, shared, recorded, reproduced, performed, displayed, distributed, modify, transmitted, downloaded, transferred, sold, marketed, or commercialized any resources on this website in any form, without explicit written permission.

10. Right of Withdrawal

By booking a session, you agree that I may begin providing the service before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

For all energy-based services and digital downloads, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has begun or the file has been accessed, in accordance with EU law.
Energetic work cannot be reversed, and audio files cannot be “returned” after full access – this is why a refund is not possible once these services have begun.
